Supporting Young Talent Through Work Experience

We were proud to support Antoni during his work experience placement in partnership with the Construction Youth Trust, as part of our ongoing commitment to skills development and early career pathways within the construction industry.

Antoni joined our team on the Elm Park Gardens project, where he gained valuable hands-on experience assisting with jetting, descaling, and drainage system works. This placement provided a practical introduction to site operations and the day-to-day realities of the industry.

We would also like to extend our thanks to Westminster College for their continued support in helping young people access opportunities and build careers within construction.
